Audio Transcription

All transcription services are charged per recorded audio minute and not per hour. This allows you to easily calculate exactly how much each audio file will cost to transcribe. Our low-cost transcription service starts from as little as £0.75p per minute. All work is proofread for spelling, punctuation, formatting and grammatical errors, and to ensure as few inaudible parts as possible.* We offer several turnaround options and corresponding prices for dictation, one-to-one interviews and multiple-speaker files** depending on your business needs. **Please note that multiple-speaker prices are based on non-identification of participants. If you should require participant identification, please specify this with your enquiry and we will discuss this with you.

All documents are proofread at a fixed fee, regardless of complexity. The fee is charged according to the length of your document, allowing you to calculate an exact price for your work. Our fixed fee for proofreading all document types is £5.00 per thousand words. *For example: for a text of 5,000 words, this works out at £25.00. Your document will be fully proofread, corrected, and returned to you within 48 hours, unless otherwise specified.

Copy Typing

Copy typing is charged at a fixed price of £7.00 per thousand words.
For example: a 5,000-word document typed from handwritten notes, including a full proofread = £35.00 *Please note that the copy typing rates apply only to clearly legible copy. If the print is not clearly legible, please indicate this upon submission and we will contact you to discuss this before proceeding. *An additional fee applies to urgent, same-day or overnight work. Please ask for details.


We never ask for payment in advance. We will invoice you upon successful completion of the work. Payment is accepted via BACS, PayPal or cheque. We can also accept debit/credit card payments via PayPal. For ad hoc work, we require prompt payment upon completion/receipt of invoice. For regular customers, we can invoice monthly by arrangement.
